Employee Advisory Committee
The Committee is composed of 21 members, 18 of whom are active state employees and three are participating former state employees through Direct Bill. Each member serves a three-year term. Members are selected on the basis of geographic location, state agency, gender, age, and plan participation in order to assure that a balanced membership representing a broad range of state employee and Direct Bill members interests are represented. The objectives of the Committee shall (1) be represented by one or more of its elected officers or their designees at each meeting of the HCC; (2) have access to the State Employee Health Plan (SEHP) staff; (3) provide input and feedback SEHP staff and the Health Care Commission on the plan.
